The Bay Area Homeless Alliance (BAHA) provides a San Francisco Bay Area-wide computer-based information infrastructure, which provides voice mail for the homeless, and links homeless service providers and homeless people with needed social and support services. Community Technology Alliance, based in San Jose is the lead agency.
